General Notes:

This was a half-batch. Brewed for ATG Oktoberfest 2018.
Tasting Notes:

Poured from jockey box tap into a pint glass at the 2018 ATG Oktoberfest.

Appearance: medium brown, mostly clear with a nice pillowy foam atop. Color is just right. (4)

Smell: nice malt with a dash of hops; a little bit of chocolate is evident. Mild, but quite nice. (4)

Taste: a nice, well rounded malt, with a tasty chocolate character and just a little bit of bitterness. I might bring the bitterness down just a touch, but overall this is quite a good mild. (4)

Mouthfeel: well-carbonated and very creamy. This was served a bit warm, but it's very good nonetheless. (4)

Drinkability: I really like this beer. It's drinkable and delightful; I could quaff a lot of it. (4)

Overall score 4.0 (B+). It's a damn tasty brewski; I do love me a good mild.
